Denise Jones

Denise Jones is a Canadian Comedy Award-winning performer with decades of experience in the live comedy performance space. She has improvised all over the world for thousands of people and alongside comedic greats like Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles. After 20 years of performing and 5 years as Artistic Director of the Improv Centre, she co-founded The Comedy Department, a full-service comedy entertainment company. Their weekly shows have quickly become the go-to for comedy in downtown Vancouver garnering hundreds of 5-star reviews and they are a must-have for corporate custom special events. Additionally, she is a lead facilitator for her Improv for Business division where she brings the power of the improv mindset to numerous companies and organizations, fostering the spirit of creativity, communication and collaboration in the workplace.
